Rachel Dauchy Named a 2026 Top 10 ProAdvisor by Insightful Accountant
NetDeposited Founder Builds on Her First Top 100 Recognition with a Top 10 Finish and Social Media Guru Specialty Award
We’re excited to announce that Rachel Dauchy, Founder of NetDeposited, has once again been recognized among the nation’s leading QuickBooks ProAdvisors by Insightful Accountant — and this year, she’s taking things a step further.
After earning a spot on the 2025 Top 100 ProAdvisors list for the first time, Rachel has been named a 2026 Top 100 ProAdvisor and selected as one of the Top 10 ProAdvisors from this year’s honorees. As part of her Top 10 recognition, Rachel also received the Social Media Guru specialty award, recognizing the way she uses her online presence to educate, share ideas and create conversations across both the accounting and eCommerce communities.
The annual Top 100 ProAdvisor Awards, presented by Insightful Accountant, recognize leading QuickBooks ProAdvisors who demonstrate excellence in areas including experience, certifications, client impact, innovation and involvement within the accounting profession. From the Top 100 honorees, 10 ProAdvisors are further distinguished as the year’s Top 10, with each receiving a specialty award highlighting an area of excellence.
“Being recognized among the Top 100 last year was such an honor, so finding out that I made the Top 10 this year was unbelievable,” said Rachel.
“Being recognized as Social Media Guru makes it even more special because putting emphasis on my online presence and sharing what I learn has always been a big part of how I work. I want what I put out there to be genuinely useful and start conversations.”
Rachel’s social media presence reflects the intersection of the two worlds she works in every day. For fellow accounting pros, she shares technology and app insights, webinars and educational opportunities, industry developments, and thought leadership designed to encourage conversation and knowledge sharing. For business owners, her content focuses on practical ideas, tips and strategies for navigating the financial and operational complexities of running and growing an online business.
As the founder of NetDeposited, Rachel leads an accounting advisory firm specializing in eCommerce, inventory and manufacturing accounting. NetDeposited helps small and mid-sized businesses navigate the complexities that come with multiple sales channels, inventory management systems, and payment platforms.
Rachel’s own commitment to learning continues alongside her work with NetDeposited. She is currently pursuing her Master of Accounting at the University of Michigan, combining advanced academic study with years of hands-on experience. She is also an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and an active member of the accounting community. Through speaking, industry events, thought leadership, social media and collaboration with other accounting professionals, she continues to advocate for professional development, technology, knowledge sharing and stronger connections across the profession.
